Patrick Sun was born in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. He is currently studying at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is expecting to be getting his BFA in Spring 2024. As working towards the path of being a professional illustrator, most of my works are being influenced/inspired by ancient folklores/mythologies and cultural histories. On the other hand, he works as a freelance illustrator, collaborating with local businesses and publication companies (Taiwan) to produce some of his works. He recently completed a series of tarot cards based on classical gothic literature novels. The tarot cards were published in the beginning of December 2023.
